What if I want a product which isn't on the site?
Please contact us and we will see if we can supply the item for you. Any item on either Leaderfins or Specialfins websites we can order in if required.

Orders/Delivery/Payments

How long after I complete the order, will the item arrive?
Each item states an estimated delivery time, and we endeavor to deliver sooner where possible.

What if I don't want to pay using paypal?
Please contact us on sales@fins4u.co.uk for your alternative payment method requirements, ie Cheque/Postal order, Cash (if picking up product) etc

How is the product delivered?
All products will be sent by recorded delivery with postal insurance

Are discounts available for bulk orders?
